LIFE GROUPS
As Life House Church grows and matures, we will be branching out into several communities with individual “ LIFE GROUPS.” Life Groups will enable us to help strengthen believers in their daily walk and spiritual maturity. It's important that all believers have a close, personal relationship with God on a daily basis. In these small groups that will meet in various locations and at different days and times during the week we will seek to foster fellowship among the church family and also provide spiritual food for their growth and nourishment. The LIFE Groups will consist of 10 – 15 people who meet together in homes. Each week these groups will have discussions regarding the sermon series, Bible studies, and events going on in their lives so that we might help one another build and develop deep relationships with God and fellow believers. We want our LIFE Groups to help develop believers who want to hear, do, and follow God's will in a practical yet radical way!
One of the key tools we will be using for our LIFE Groups is a daily Bible study that will lead each person to spend time with God each day in study and prayer. During the group meetings we will discuss what we have learned and the experiences and struggles in our daily lives, allowing everyone in the group a chance to build up and encourage each other. The Word teaches that we should “Carry each other's burdens” (Galatians 6:2). In addition to these group meetings on a weekly basis, our LIFE Groups will be challenged to routinely do service projects throughout the city and also do projects that will seek to reach the lost and unchurched in our area.
