Life House is a church with a heart for people. It's our desire to REACH OUT to the community with unconditional love and let them know that Jesus loves them and wants to give them LIFE – here and now and in eternity. We will accomplish that mission on a regular basis by community outreach and inreach events. Jesus teaches us in His Word that we are to reach those who are poor, those who are in prison, those who are sick, those who need clothing, and those who need love. Are you thinking of visiting with us at Life House Church ? We realize that the thought of walking into a new church is sometimes a little nerve wracking.
At Life House Church , you won't ever be “singled out” or embarrassed in any way. You won't be asked to stand up or give your name in front of a group and be the center of attention. We invite you to come in and just relax and enjoy a casual time of real genuine worship with other people just like you. You don't have to dress up – come just as you are and you will fit in. Life House Church is a church for all people. It's not about color, buildings, or even clothing. It's about a real relationship with a God who loves you and a Savior who died so that you might have LIFE and be able to LIVE IT to its fullest!
Why not come a little early and enjoy some light refreshments that can be found in our “up and coming” Life House Coffee Shop – FREE ! The Coffee Shop opens about 9:45 a.m. . We want you to feel welcome and at home the moment you walk in! So come join us next Sunday morning at 10:30 and bring the whole family!

How or why did Life House Church get started?
Life House began when Pastor James and Cindy Ross began to feel that God was calling them to begin a new work in the College Hill area of Texarkana . After feeling that God was directing them to “make the move,” they stepped out on faith and began the work with a core group of believers who share their vision.
WHAT DOES LIFE HOUSE BELIEVE?

Yes! WE are a Baptist church! We are “ LIFE HOUSE CHURCH ” “A Southern Baptist Family of Believers.”
WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT LIFE HOUSE?
Life House is different because we are not concerned with buildings, clothing, color, or your past. We don't care where you've been – we care where you are headed! We are a church for all people. If you don't think you “fit” in other churches because of your race, you will fit in at Life House JUST FINE! If you are worried about your economic status, don't worry. You have found a church that loves you just as you are!
Our worship is simple. Our lifestyle is simple. We don't think church should be complicated, but rather it should compliment your life. Church should be enjoyable and not a burden. At Life House you will find a simple church, with simple worship that preaches a simple gospel – JESUS!
